About us

Yoga has been part of my life for over 30 years; it has accompanied me on my journey, forever constant, adapting to changes, always there.

I passionately believe that yoga can help everyone across all generations.

Yoga doesn’t discriminate, even if you don’t believe in a spiritual way of life, you can still practise yoga. Specifically the physical side of yoga, the asanas (postures), can be adapted to suit individual needs and levels of fitness. In every stage of our lives yoga has something to offer to make us feel better. When we practise yoga subtle changes start taking place, physically, mentally and emotionally. We make the connection between mind and body, through our breath. It balances us.
